“INVENTIG THE FUTURE” WHAT WILL BE THE FIRST EVENT AT THE NATIONAL CENTRE RUSSIA?

From November 4 to 6, the International Science Fiction Symposium “Inventing the Future” will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA, established by the directive of President Vladimir Putin. This will be the inaugural event for the National Centre, bringing together participants from across the globe.
The symposium is designed to rekindle public interest in shaping the future. For this purpose, plans include involving youth in scientific and technical creativity, organizing collaboration with science fiction writers and futurists, conducting relevant dialogues with government and business representatives, and much more.
Scientists, researchers, analysts, futurologists, science fiction authors, public figures, and government officials will engage in discussions about the implications of artificial intelligence proliferation, the potential for state digitalization, the interplay between technological advancement and traditional values, and the exploration of other planets.
“At our Symposium, we aim to unite everyone to envision the future. “After all, it is being created right now and right here — in Russia,” said Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the Autonomous noncommercial organization «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements "Russia"».
Earlier, during a meeting with the Russian President, the staff of the RUSSIA EXPO invited him to the upcoming Symposium.
