Media Accreditation Starts for the International Science Fiction Symposium “Inventing the Future”
The ANO «Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements “Russia”» invites media, press services, and bloggers to be the first to see and cover the inaugural event of the Russia National Centre — the International Science Fiction Symposium “Inventing the Future.”
The Russia National Center was established by Presidential decree on July 1, 2024, to preserve the legacy of the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” and to showcase the country’s achievements on a permanent basis. The Symposium will be held on November 4-6, 2024, and will serve as a platform for a dialogue among heads of state, government representatives, scientists and engineers, writers and screenwriters, futurists, philosophers, forecasters, entrepreneurs, and representatives of creative industries from various countries on scenarios for the development of humanity.
Accreditation is required to attend the Symposium, which is available in the “For Media” section of the official event website. Applications for accreditation can be submitted by Russian media outlets with valid registration, press services, foreign media accredited with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as bloggers with an audience of at least 100,000 followers on social networks such as “VKontakte”, “Odnoklassniki”, “RUTUBE”, “Telegram”.
The accreditation process consists of two stages: submitting an application in the prescribed form and filling out personal questionnaires in the accreditation system. More information about the procedure is available in the “For Media“ section of the Symposium’s website.
Personal questionnaires must be submitted for review well in advance, at least 10 days before the planned visit to the Centre.
During the Symposium, accredited media representatives can stay at the official media hotels — Novotel Kievskaya 4*, Ibis Kievskaya 3*, or choose other accommodation. Please note that media representatives are responsible for their own accommodation expenses. When choosing an official media hotel, a special rate is provided for accredited media representatives.
